We kick things off with an early morning, the Olympic gold medal game, and the experience of watching it with friends—because sometimes those moments matter just as much as the result.
From there, the conversation shifts into something a lot of men experience at different points—being away from home for work.
Whether it’s a few days or a couple of weeks, time away can look different for everyone. For some, it’s routine. For others, it brings a mix of excitement, responsibility, and a bit of adjustment on both sides.
Tim shares his perspective with an upcoming trip, and we open up a broader conversation:
How do different guys handle time away from home?
What does that balance look like between work and family life?
And is there even a “right” way to approach it?
This isn’t about right or wrong—it’s just an honest conversation about something many men experience, but don’t always talk about out loud.
