🚫 Avoid During Reset

  • No vegetables or fruit

  • No sugars (of any kind)

  • No carb-loaded condiments

  • No fruit/vegetable juices, soda, or alcohol

Constipated? Add a fibre supplement (like Fibre Plus from Martin Clinic), drink more water, and enjoy herbal tea with cream.
