We promised you an August episode during our summer break — and here it is. What happens when a group of men finally comes together in person to talk, connect, and just be real with each other? Our very first men’s mental health meetup was a step into the unknown. Would it feel like a formal AA or NA meeting… or simply a space where walls came down and conversations flowed naturally? The answer surprised us — and it just might surprise you too.
In this episode, we share the powerful takeaways from that night, why it mattered, and what it revealed about how men really want to connect. We also dive into the road trip we took to see one of Tommy and Tim’s all-time favorite bands, Ghost — and how even that experience threw us some unexpected curveballs.
This conversation is about more than music or meetups — it’s about the courage to show up, to step out of silence, and to see what happens when men create space for each other.
Thank you for sticking with us through our summer reset. Your support means more than you know, and we’re only just getting started.
